Home Plus Living 

The Heritage home has two Licensed Home Plus Wings; each wing can accommodate 12 elders with a total capacity of 24 seniors. We provide 24/7 care by licensed professionals to those that are needing or seeking assistance with activities of daily living, medication management and/or supervision related to safety.

All of our rooms are private rooms. Some of the rooms have private bathrooms and others have a shared bathroom in between two rooms. In addition, each Home Plus wing has 3 large shower rooms. We also have suite options which can accommodate a couple that wishes to room together or an individual that prefers a larger room.

We encourage residents to bring furnishings and belongings when they move in to personalize their room and make it just like home.

Our fees are not based on levels of care and do not vary as care needs increase. The monthly rate for Elders living in our Home Plus Wings ranges from $6,200.00-$6,800.00 per person per month and is based on room size. We currently accept private pay as well as United Healthcare Medicaid as payment sources. We are able to assist you with Long-term care insurance reimbursement options if applicable to you and your loved one.
